Lead Designer for PAMS
(Team of 1)
The user role challenge was tackled by dividing every step and having access or actions available only to relevant roles. Separating roles and managing access by displaying only relevant stages to agents on the field or otherwise helped reduce confusion and ease the process.
The abundant information in the application and the information gathered during the stages was displayed in an expandable view. The important information that is referenced most often was kept the top along with the current stage of the applicant. This was followed by the actionable items and steps that can be taken in the current stage.
The rest was displayed in expandable cards so the information can be accessed when required but doesn’t overwhelm the screen. All the design components were keep simple, clean and low on graphics so the app is light and also doesn’t take away attention from what is important on the screen.
